Collette's Eggs
Collette'S Eggs is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 7 eggs, 2 tbsp. butter, parmesan cheese and 4 tsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter in nonstick frying pan.
Add eggs.
Cook eggs slowly until you start to see the yolk change.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, at least 1/8-inch thick.
Slowly add vinegar, one teaspoon at a time, to the outer edge of the pan.
This will flash cook the eggs.
Serve with bread and preserves.
