Colleen's Fudge
Colleen'S Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. milnot, 2 1/4 c. sugar, 12 oz. chocolate chips, 1/3 c. white syrup and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine milk and sugar in heavy pan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
Turn heat down and cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, Karo, oleo and vanilla.
Stir until melted and smooth.
Stir in nuts.
Pour in buttered 9 x 2 1/2 x 13-inch pan.
