Cole Slaw
Cole Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head of green cabbage (10 c.), shredded, 1 large bell pepper, cut in thin strips, 2 medium spanish onions, cut in rings, 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a large bowl, make layers of cabbage, green pepper and onion.
Sprinkle 1 cup of sugar over top.
In a saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Bring mixture to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Pour over slaw.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours (best overnight).
Mix well.
