Cold Pasta Salad
Cold Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. multi-colored noodles, 1 can small whole black olives, pitted, 1 jar whole mushrooms, 1 jar whole green olives and 1 medium purple onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook noodles and drain.
Rinse in cold water.
Drain liquids out of both olive jars and mushrooms.
Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Pour about 1/2 cup oil over mixture and stir.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Chill before serving.
If drys out overnight, add a little oil before serving.
