Cream together butter, sugar and shortening.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well.
Add flour and milk alternately, starting and ending with flour.

Pour mixture in.
Put in cold oven.
Set temperature for 350Β° and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden brown.
