Cream sugar, butter and shortening.
Add eggs one at a time; beat flour and milk alternately with flour being added last.
Add vanilla, lemon and brandy flavorings.
Add baking powder in greased tube pan. Place in cold oven.
Heat to 325° or 350°.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or longer. and remove from pan.
Cool about 10 minutes.
