Roll out dough (after it has reached room temperature) into a large oblong shape.

Cut meats into strips.

Cut Swiss cheese into strips.

Spread all meats evenly on dough, then spread Swiss and Mozzarella cheeses evenly over dough.

Roll dough up in jelly roll fashion.

Place seam down into a large greased cookie sheet. Brush bread with beaten egg.

Sprinkle with seeds, if so desired. Crimp ends.

Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.

(If bread is very large, more baking time may be required.)
