Cold Chicken Pasta Salad
Cold Chicken Pasta Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) rotelle, 3 c. cubed cooked chicken, 1 c. diced zucchini, 1 c. diced seeded tomatoes and 3/4 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Rinse with cold water and drain well.
Add chicken, zucchini, tomatoes and celery.
Place remaining ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until well mixed.
Chill dressing, covered, for 1 hour before adding to salad.
Toss salad, coating well.
Makes about 10 cups or 5 servings.
