Cold Banana Bisque
Cold Banana Bisque is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. half and half, 4 large peeled ripe bananas, 3 slices crustless white bread, diced, 1/3 c. melted butter and 3 tbsp. sugar, mixed with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Put half and half and bananas in blender until thoroughly mixed and creamy.
Chill.
Place the diced bread in a buttered, shallow pan.
Mix with the butter and sugar mix.
