Coke Roast
Coke Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. chuck, sirloin, or round roast, salt, pepper, garlic salt, tabasco sauce, worcestershire sauce and 12 oz. coke, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Remove excess fat from roast, score roast all over with 3/4 inch squares, 1/2 inch deep.
Rub in seasonings.
Sear roast on all sides in oil.
Place in crock pot, cover with chili sauce and Coke.
Cook 6 hours on high or 9 hours on low setting.
If you prefer, roast can be cooked in 350Β° oven, covered, for 3-1/2 hours.
