Coffee Liqueur is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, 4 c. sugar, 1 (2 oz.) jar instant coffee, 2 c. brandy and 1 large vanilla bean, chopped in thirds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil water and mix in sugar and coffee.
Cool liquid and add brandy.
Pour liquid into a jar.
Drop in the vanilla bean.
