Coffee Custard
Coffee Custard is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. featherweight vaniaa custard, 2 pkg. equal, 1 tbsp. instant coffee, 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon and 2 c. skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine custard mix, Equal, instant coffee and cinnamon in medium saucepan.
Stir in skim milk.
Cook on medium-low heat until mixture comes to a full boil, stirring constantly.
(Mix will be thin.)
Pour into custard cups or dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until set.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
