Cream margarine in a large mixing bowl.
Gradually add 1 cup sugar, beating well.
Add eggs.
Combine sour cream and soda.
Add to creamed mixture, beating well.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt and stir well.
Add flour mixture and vanilla to creamed mixture, beating well.
Combine 1/4 cup sugar, pecans and cinnamon.
