Coffee Cake
Coffee Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 stick oleo, 2 c. flour and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream together well the eggs, sugar and oleo.
Add the flour, soda, baking powder, sour cream and vanilla.
Prepare topping by mixing the brown sugar, cinnamon, remaining flour, oleo and nuts. Spoon into a 10-inch tube pan (greased and floured) and layer in the topping.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
