Coffee Cake
Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. brown sugar and 3/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix flour, 2 sugars and salt.
Add oil.
Take out a scant cup and set aside for topping.
To what is left add buttermilk, soda, baking powder, nutmeg and egg.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
