Coffee Cake
Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 sticks margarine, 2 eggs, 2 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs and beat.
Add vanilla and dry ingredients.
Fold in sour cream.
Mix sugar, cinnamon and pecans together and place in bottom of Bundt pan (greased).
Add 1/2 batter, add remainder of sugar mixture, then balance of batter.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 1 hour.
