Coffee Cake
Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 c. lite sour cream and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven at 350Β°.
Cream margarine and sugar, combine eggs and sour cream; add to mixture.
Stir flour, salt and soda together; add to mixture.
Spread 1/2 of dough in 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread pie filling over top of dough.
Sprinkle 1/2 of sugar/cinnamon mixture over filling.
Spread remaining dough on top and sprinkle with rest of sugar/cinnamon mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Serve warm.
