Mix all ingredients except pie filling.
Spread half of mixture in greased 9 x 13 pan.
Spread pie filling over this evenly. Spread remaining batter evenly over pie filling.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or till done. Drizzle powdered sugar frosting over top while warm (1/2 c. powdered sugar, little warm water).
Favorite dessert.
