Coconut Sour Cream Dream Cake
Coconut Sour Cream Dream Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. deluxe white cake mix, 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. whipped cream or frozen whipped topping, thawed, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. coconut and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare cake mix according to directions, making 2 (8-inch) layers.
Split both layers horizontally after they have cooled. Blend sugar, sour cream and coconut; chill.
Spread all, except 1 cup of the sour cream mixture, between the four layers.
Blend the remaining cup of the mixture with the whipped cream.
Spread on top and sides of cake.
Seal in airtight container and refrigerate for 3 days before serving.
