Coconut Sour Cream Cake
Coconut Sour Cream Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix with pudding, 2 c. sugar, 1 (16 oz.) sour cream, 1 pkg. coconut and 9 oz. whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Prepare yellow cake mix as directed.
Bake and cool.
Split layers into four pieces.
Mix sugar, sour cream and coconut; chill.
Put 1/2 of mixture between layers.
To the other 1/2 of mixture, add whipped topping and ice sides and top of cake.
Put in a tight container and refrigerate for 3 days before cutting.
