Blend all ingredients in a large bowl, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 350Β° for 45 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly.
Cool for 15 minutes right side up.
Remove from pan.
