Coconut Praline Dream Pie
Coconut Praline Dream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. pecans, chopped, 1/3 c. margarine, 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed, 2 envelopes dream whip topping mix and 2 1/2 c. cold milk, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat pecans, margarine and brown sugar in saucepan until mixture comes to a boil.
Boil exactly 30 seconds.
Spread in bottom of pie shell.
Beat Dream Whip, 1 cup milk and vanilla in large bowl on low about 6 minutes, or until topping thickens and forms peaks.
Add remaining milk and pudding mixes. Blend on low speed.
Beat at high speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
Stir in 1 cup coconut.
Spoon into pie shell. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
Garnish with remaining coconut.
