Coconut Pound Cake

Together three times the flour, cornstarch, salt and baking powder.
Set aside. Cream butter, Crisco and sugar well. Add at a time, beating well.
Add milk and flour mixture creamed and Crisco, beginning with flour and ending with flour. Add vanilla and coconut.
Stir. Beat with electric
5 minutes.
Cook at 325Β° in a 9-inch tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done when tested by inserting and removing a toothpick that doesn't have dough on it.
