Coconut Pound Cake

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift flour, salt and soda and add alternately with sour cream.
Add vanilla and beat well.
Fold in coconut.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done when tested.
Cool for 25 minutes in pan.
