Coconut-Pineapple Coffee Cake
Coconut-Pineapple Coffee Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. flaked coconut, 1 (13.5 oz.) pkg. wild blueberry muffin mix and 1 (8.5 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inches.
Mix butter, sugar and coconut; set aside.
Prepare muffin mix as directed on package except fold in crushed pineapple. Pour into pan.
Coconut mixture evenly batter. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 9.
