Coconut Pies
Coconut Pies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. sugar, 2 heaping tbsp. flour, 3 egg yolks and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In double boiler, put milk to heat.
In bowl mix the rest of ingredients.
Prebrown 2 pie shells and set aside.
Mix and add to heated milk.
Cook until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and add coconut (approximately 8 to 12 ounces); add 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring and mix.
Pour into pie shells.
Makes 2 pies.
