Coconut Pie
Coconut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 1/2 c. biscuit mix, 1/4 c. butter, 1 1/3 c. baker's angel flake coconut and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in blender.
Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
Let stand about 5 minutes, then sprinkle first with raisins and the 2/3 cup of coconut.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Serve warm or cool.
Garnish with remaining coconut.
