Coconut Pie
Coconut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 stick margarine, 5 oz. evaporated milk and 1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream eggs and sugar.
Melt margarine and mix with sugar-egg mixture.
Add milk, vanilla flavoring and 1 cup coconut.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Put 1/2 cup coconut on top of mixture in pie shell.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Do not overcook.
