Coconut Pie
Coconut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 3 rounded tbsp. cornstarch, pinch of salt, 2 c. milk and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Stir sugar, cornstarch and salt together.
Separate eggs. Pour the milk with the sugar mixture, saving a little to stir with egg yolks.
Add egg yolks into mixture; stir well. Cook until thickened. Remove from fire and add butter, vanilla and 1/2 can coconut.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Spread over pie.
Sprinkle rest of coconut on top. Put into oven and slightly brown coconut.
