Coconut Pie
Coconut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 small can milk, 1 small can water and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat eggs.
Add flour, sugar, melted butter, salt, milk and water (measured in milk can) and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour into pie shell; sprinkle coconut over top.
