Coconut Pie

Mix all but coconut in blender, low speed, for 3 minutes. (Can use medium speed on mixer for 3 minutes.)
Pour into greased pie pan.
Let stand about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle coconut on top. Bake at 350Β° for about 40 minutes.
