Coconut Pecan Cookies
Coconut Pecan Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pillsbury yellow cake mix, 1 pkg. pillsbury coconut pecan frosting mix, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease cookie sheets.
Combine in a large bowl all ingredients; stir until moistened.
Roll into balls about the size of walnut.
Place on cookie sheets about 1 1/2 inches apart.
Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes, until light golden brown.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
