Coconut Mandarin Layer
Coconut Mandarin Layer is an easy dinner. Made with 3 (11 oz.) cans mandarins, drained, 2/3 c. shredded or flaked coconut and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain mandarins.
Arrange mandarin segments in bottom of serving bowl, sprinkle with sugar and coconut.
Repeat layers, ending with mandarins.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. This is especially attractive when put in a clear bowl.
This can be served as a side dish for curry or pork or as a dessert.
