Coconut Macaroons
Coconut Macaroons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 3/4 c. sugar, dash of salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 325°.
Line 2 cookie sheets with foil.
In medium bowl mix egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Add flour and blend well.
Fold in coconut.
Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet 1 inch apart.
Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool on cookie sheet.
Remove and store in tightly covered cookie jar.
