Coconut Macaroons
Coconut Macaroons is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. shredded coconut, 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk, dash of salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 tsp. almond extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Generously grease a large cookie sheet. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls, 1 inch apart, on prepared cookie sheet, pressing down ends of coconut with the back of a spoon.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
