Coconut Macaroon Delight
Coconut Macaroon Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. crumbled soft coconut macaroons, 1/2 c. white wine or crème de cocoa or fruit juice, 1/2 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt, 2 large eggs and 1 tbsp. grated lemon zest, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Grease 8-inch round baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Put macaroons in dish.
In bowl, mix all other ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour over macaroons.
Place pan in water bath (larger pan filled 1/2 with water; place macaroon pan inside).
Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and water bath and cool.
Serve with whipped topping and garnish (nuts, cherries, etc.).
