Coconut Icing
Coconut Icing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. corn syrup, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in a small saucepan.
Heat to a rolling boil over medium heat.
Boil mixture until a small amount of mixture spins a 6 to 8-inch thread when dropped from a spoon.
