Coconut Dessert
Coconut Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened, 3 c. crushed ritz crackers, 4 tbsp. sugar, 1 stick margarine and 2 pkg. coconut cream instant pudding, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix crackers, sugar and margarine.
Reserve 3/4 cup for top. Press the rest into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Whip milk and pudding together and add softened ice cream. Fold in Cool Whip.
Layer over crackers.
Sprinkle rest of cracker mixture on top.
Freeze. Take out of freezer a short time before serving.
