Sift sugar and flour together.
Mix with margarine.
Add well beaten egg yolks, milk and coconut.
Pour in uncooked pastry shell and bake at 350° until almost firm.
Beat 3 egg whites until almost stiff; then add 4 tablespoons sugar (1 at a time), while continuing to beat.
Spread on pie and brown in oven at 325°.
