Coconut Custard

Cream sugar and eggs.
Add buttermilk.
Add margarine.
Put 1/2 of coconut in bottom of each pie crust.
Pour batter over coconut and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 2 pies.
