Coconut Cream Pound Cake

Heat oven to 350Β°; grease and flour 12 cup fluted pan or 10-inch angel food tube pan.
In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients except coconut; beat 2 minutes at low speed, then beat 2 minutes at high speed.
Fold in coconut; pour into prepared pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool upright in pan 25 minutes.
Invert onto serving plate.
Cool completely.
