Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow or white cake mix with pudding in the mix, 1 can of cream of coconut, 1 c. coconut and 1 carton of cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bake cake according to directions on box adding 1 teaspoon of coconut flavoring.
When cake is done, punch holes in top while still hot pour 1 -1 1/2 c. of cream of coconut over top, letting it soak in.
Top with cool whip and sprinkle with coconut.
