Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. white cake mix, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. sour cream, 1 (6 oz.) frozen coconut and 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bake cake mix according to package directions.
Bake two layers and split or 4 small layers.
Mix sugar, sour cream and coconut well.
Reserve 1 cup.
Stack cake with mixture.
Mix reserved 1 cup mixture with Cool Whip.
Frost top and sides of cake.
Store in refrigerator.
