Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 can coco lopez (cream of coconut), 8 oz cool whip and 1 pkg frozen fresh coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cake as directed on box.
Bake in 13 x 9 pan.
Cool. Punch holes in top with handle of wooden spoon.
Pour cream of coconut over top, then pour on Eagle brand milk.
Layer cool whip and top with frozen coconut.
