Coconut Bonbons
Coconut Bonbons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick butter, softened, 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk, 1 lb. powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 3 1/2 oz. flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix first 5 ingredients and roll into small balls about 1/2-inch in diameter.
Chill.
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over warm water.
Use dipping fork to coat the chilled coconut centers.
Place on waxed paper to harden.
