Coconut Bonbons is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. powdered sugar, 1 stick margarine, melted, 2 2/3 c. (14 oz.) fine flaked coconut, 1 can eagle brand milk and 12 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first four ingredients and shape into balls, a little smaller than a walnut.
Place balls in refrigerator and chill. Melt chocolate chips, along with 1/3 bar of paraffin wax.
Dip chilled balls.
