Coconut Apple Cobbler
Coconut Apple Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 granny smith apples, 1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 (10 oz.) biscuits (buttermilk flavored) and 2 tbsp. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°. Peel, core and slice apples.
Cut apples in half.
Combine apple slices, topping and flour in bowl. Spoon into a pie pan. Peel apart each biscuit into two thinner biscuits and place on top of apples. Drizzle butter over biscuits.
Combine sugar and coconut.
Sprinkle over biscuits and bake 30 minutes.
