Cocoa Pudding Cake
Cocoa Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa powder, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sift together the flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
Add the milk, oil and vanilla, mixing by hand until smooth.
Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
Combine the brown sugar, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and water and pour over batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
