Cocoa Mints
Cocoa Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. hershey's cocoa, 1/2 c. sweet butter, softened, 2 tsp. peppermint extract, 1/2 c. water and 9 c. sifted confectioners sugar (2 lb.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Mix with hands until well blended.
Add more water, 1/4 teaspoon at a time, if needed to hold mixture together.
Shape mixture into a ball; place on a sheet of wax paper and roll out to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters; chill several hours. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
Makes 2 3/4 pounds mints.
