Cocoa Fudge Icing
Cocoa Fudge Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. butter or margarine, 3/4 c. milk, 3/4 c. cocoa or 1/2 c. and 3/4 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine all except vanilla in pot.
Slowly bring to a boil. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Take from heat; add vanilla and beat until spreading consistency.
Ready to frost 2 or 3 layer cake.
(I usually use Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix for layers.)
